Moe Cohen, FCA, a Chartered Accountant joined Benady Cohen as Senior Partner in June 2007. His clients include hedge funds, local regulated and trading companies and a number of international property and trading companies.

Formerly, Moe was the CEO of The Bonita Trust, a large international philanthropic organisation ,where he managed its projects and investments. Prior to this, he was a the lead financial services partner in Deloitte & Touche, Gibraltar for 4 years and there his clients included hedge funds, banks, insurance companies and a number of large private clients. Moe's work has also included advising on tax policy and fund legislation. Previously he also worked in the UK for BDO Stoy Hayward for over 8 years.

Currently, Moe is a member of the Gibraltar Finance Centre Council, executive of Gibraltar Fund and Investment Association (GFIA), member of the Gibraltar Investor Compensation Scheme (GICS) and is the Gibraltar representative for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He was previously Chairman of the Technical Committee and Executive of the Gibraltar Society of Chartered and Certified Accountancy Bodies for over 3 years. Moe has also advised the Gibraltar Government on fund legislation and tax policy. During his free time Moe enjoys sports and is actively involved in helping several charitable institutions in a variety of ways.
